Common questions
I paid but Pro isn't unlocked.
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us your purchase date.
What's the difference between a subscription and a pass?
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. A pass is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for a fixed window (1 month, 3 months, or 1 year) and never auto-renews — when it ends, you simply drop back to the free tier.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MedCat → Cancel. Passes don't need cancelling — they never renew.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account or data?
Open the menu (top right) and choose Delete account to permanently remove your account and all your data from within the app. You can also email us from your account address. See our Privacy Policy.
